Grandpa and Grandma Huggins moved into the white house in Rawlins in 1941 - the garage is in the process of being built. Anyone know if the garage went up at the same time as the house? So Mom was either on her way to school or work. Makes me cold just looking at the snow and shadows. It can't be comfortable with bare legs!

Mom on a winter day
Grandpa and Grandma Huggins moved into the white house in Rawlins in 1941 - the garage is in the process of being built. Anyone know if the garage went up at the same time as the house?
